✅ Work Setup: 100% Remote – Must reside in the U.S.
🔥 Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Make outbound calls to patients, ensuring confidentiality
✔️ Explain healthcare programs and assist with inquiries
✔️ Process data entry and accurately document interactions
✔️ Handle a multi-line phone system efficiently
✔️ Deliver high-quality customer service and meet performance metrics
✔️ Perform administrative duties (email, fax, document processing)
📢 Job Requirements & Preferred Qualifications:
✅ Must-Haves:
✔️ At least 18 years old
✔️ 2+ years of customer service experience
✔️ Ability to work flexible shifts as required
✅ Preferred Qualifications:
✔️ 2+ years of experience in a call center
✔️ Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel
✔️ Bilingual (English & Spanish) – Big Advantage!
