✔️ Handle inbound calls, emails, and texts to assist clients and families

✔️ Identify and resolve treatment attendance gaps

📢 Job Requirements & Preferred Qualifications:

✔️ 2+ years of experience in a customer support or patient success role
✔️ Experience working with young adults and adolescents (Healthcare experience preferred)
✔️ 1-2 years of experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
✔️ 1-2 years of experience using contact center technology
✔️ Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
✔️ High emotional intelligence and professionalism
✔️ Knowledge of HIPAA policies and procedures
✔️ Proficiency with Slack, G-Suite, Microsoft Office, Zoom & EMR systems
✔️ Must be authorized to work in the U.S. with native or bilingual English proficiency
